Following on from last year’s huge success, Whitepod will be opening its doors for the 9th consecutive year, on December 20th.
The key innovation this season is Whitepod’s new conference room which can take groups of up-to 30 people for seminars or work sessions. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a full HD monitor and an interactive touch screen system.
In addition to its Business & Groups offering, Whitepod will be offering an Avalanche – Search & Rescue team-building course which will provide participants with the basic notions of how to search for avalanche survivors.
As in recent years, Whitepod will again be offering its clients a wide range of Alpine activities.
The ultimate mountain escape, the Whitepod domain offers a unique return-to-roots experience, and brings together, in perfect harmony, the concepts of ecotourism and luxury. The site consists of 15 pods which are geodesic tent-like structures anchored in robust, wind-resistant platforms. Each has a cosily decorated interior with a king-size bed, a bathroom, a wood oven, a private terrace, and a superb view over the Alps. With a hospitality chalet at its centre, as well as a restaurant, the domain provides 7 km of private ski slopes.
